I want to get tan but I also don’t want to get bad sunburns where my skin peels. I did some research and found that blocking out uvb rays will prevent sunburn and blocking out uva rays will prevent tanning.
So i’m looking for a sunscreen that only blocks out UVB rays.
…a few questions:
1. what does it mean when a bottle says "uvb spf 15, with uva"? does that mean that it is mostly for blocking uvb but it also protects against uva a little?
2. there are only a few sunscreens that I can find with only UVB protection..(the rest have both uva and uvb protection) but with these few that only have uvb protection, the spf is really low, like 4 or 8 spf. So my quesition is, with sunscreen that only blocks uvb, does the spf not need to be as high as lotions that block uva?
3. can anyone post a link of good UVB blocks for me to use?

thanks, and I will choose a best answer
